Our cat was sick, dehydrated and had thrown up for two days. We took her in on a Saturday night around 10pm. They saw her right away. The staff were kind and caring. They did lab work. Results came back very quickly. They gave her fluids and a shot to stop the vomiting. Within 24 hours she was back to normal. Thank you for 24/7 hours. We really appreciated being able to get her help.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. The diagnosis was poor, and it felt like they had no clear idea of what was wrong with my dog. The wait was extremely long, yet once it was time to charge me, everything suddenly became urgent. They also could not give me any confidence that the treatment they recommended would actually be effective or, more importantly, safe for my dog. A serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and ethics. Their prices are outrageously high and feel completely unjustified. I would not recommend this place. DO NOT GO.

We unfortunately had to bring our cat in late last afternoon going to another vet that brushed us off the vet told us the outcome didn’t look good and he would give us a few minutes to make a decision on what to do. We made the decision to go ahead and end his suffering. The staff were very kind and respectful during this time. They brought him back to us so we could love on him and have a few moments with him. They made us a picture with his paw prints and nose print.
