Update: Regardless of the small issues we have had coming here, my family has brought our family pets here for more than two decades, and will continue to do so. It's pretty clear their staff care about the patients they see each day, and at the end of the day, that's all we ask for. We had to have our puppies teeth pulled while he was in surgery getting snipped. Prior to the surgery, I requested that we be able to keep his puppy teeth. We were told that's totally normal and they usually send the dogs home with their puppy teeth. I was just told that they threw his teeth away during surgery. I dunno. It's not that big of a deal but it's a small thing that would've been cool if they had actually listened. I feel like this place is often so busy they miss details like this very often. I've emailed his puppy vaccines to their records department so they could have updated records of his vaccination status, and the last two times we've visited, they've asked about his vaccination status, which I've emailed to them already. Small stuff like this getting missed just makes me wonder what else is getting missed when they're treating our beloved pets. Details matter.
