1st visit was awesome. 2nd visit with tech Jessica was horrible. My cat has extreme anxiety and unfortunately made a mess of his carrier on the way which added to the stress. The whole time of the visit, Jessica insinuated to the vet that I was a horrible pet owner. Repeating things I said in a sarcastic tone to the vet, " she says he doesn't act this way at home" and so much more. I had misplaced the information to get his teeth fixed and asked to have it again. To which Jessica replied, " she got that information on her last visit". And I never got the info again. My cat was prescribed medication for his anxiety that I've taken for nerve damage. Jessica herself has made me NEVER want to go there again. I have many videos on how my cat acts at home. He is my velcro, cuddly man. I'll seek medical for my angel somewhere else

Absolutely love Dr. Caldwell. My pup has seizures and he has been amazing with us and her to keep her healthy. Highly recommend
